1. When was your company founded?

Versaweb has been providing high-quality hosting services to customers since 2004. We are a profitable, privately-owned company. Many of our customers have been with us since the day we opened!

2. How many locations do you have?

Currently we have 2 locations - our flagship location and headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a secondary facility located in Seattle's Westin Building.

3. Do you offer 24/7 technical support?

Technical support is available through our NOC Portal Helpdesk 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We do not currently provide technical support by telephone.

4. How do you offer such low prices?

We're able to offer some of the lowest pricing in the industry because we run an efficient operation and keep our overhead low, allowing us to pass the savings on to our customers.

5. Do you give multi server or other discounts?

Yes, we do offer volume discounts for customers purchasing multiple servers, and we also offer discounts for 3, 6, or 12-month pre-payment terms. Contact us for further details.

6. Can I rent a rack or cage in your datacenter?

Versaweb does not provide colocation services, but our sister company, Fiberhub, does. If you are looking for colocation services with the same great level of service and affordable prices provided by Versaweb, give us a shout!
